MindBody Boot Camp offers a holistic approach to health and wellness by including mindfulness practices that moves a person towards optimal health not only physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The aim is to work on the inner self-balanced while also working on transforming the outer self. Ultimately the GOAL is to manifest mens sana in corpora sano – “ a sound mind in a healthy body”.
The MindBody Boot camp offers and an 8 week program designed with engaging mindfulness lessons to assist a person in moving towards optimal health. It is an integrated program of yoga, meditation and body scanning for all levels of participants.
